Randy began his career with Kennesaw State University, then graduated with a degree in Sports Management from Georgia Southern University. When he reunited with his former Lassiter High School wrestling teammate, the idea of Spire Healthcare was born.  With a talent for life mentality, Randy has a vast and loyal network of top-tier talent .  Randy believes it is his role to "seek to understand before asking to be understood."   His southern charm combined with his undying perseverance makes him one of the best recruiters in the market today. To that end, Randy acts as an "agent" for the talent he places by:

Michael Jacoutot began understanding what it means to be a leader when he led his wrestling team to many victories in both high school and college. Using the skills learned from wrestling, such as the importance of a great attitude, personal accountability, and perseverance, Michael went on to graduate from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. degree in Marketing and earning TCNJ's business leadership award.

 

Soon after, Michael rose to the top of IT staffing sales, and decided he wanted to build a different kind of staffing company.  He wanted a  company that would be client/patient first and would leverage the company's TEAM core values.  A client focused sales leader, Michael approaches business with a client for life mentality and has a thorough understanding of each individual client's needs by:

 

• Taking the time to build relationships with each client

• Provide the best match and most qualified talent

• Make sure the talent is prepared an knows exactly what is expected of him/her.
